✨ Exclusive Offer: Paw Members can be used on Retail products, Grooming & Spa however it cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions—it's already Woof-Tastic just as it is!

✨ Perks Reminder: Please note that if you use a discount from this package, no additional perks will be awarded on the grooming bill.

✨ Package Expiry: Your package is valid for one year from the purchase date, giving you plenty of time to enjoy our services. However, you can top up to extend the validity of your Paw Member status!

✨ Balance Usage: If your grooming credit balance falls below the total grooming bill, package discounts won’t apply. However, you can use the remaining balance to reduce your final bill!

✨ Respectful Policy: We value your time, and we appreciate yours too! To ensure fairness for all clients, a $30 fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 36 hours' notice or for no-shows.

✨ No Refunds: Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for unused or expired credits.

✨ Public Holidays: Grooming sessions on public holidays that fall on weekdays will receive the weekend discount.

First time sending our Goldendoodle for a full grooming here at Onlypaws and I have to say I’m impressed. We’ve tried different groomers and Onlypaws is easily one of the best one yet. Was even able to keep his lashes on when most other groomers would’ve just cut/shaved them off cause it’s easier that way. Kudos guys 👍

Brought my Old English sheep dog (shandee) for shower session today. Extremely good job done. Couldn’t be any happier with the service provided. Customer service was tip top. They were so friendly towards my girl shandee ❤️Will definitely book them for my girl’s weekly shower. Can’t wait to engage them for shandee’s full grooming soon!

my dog went for dental scaling, and I found the pricing to be quite fair. The service I received was of a high standard, with prompt responses when I inquired about booking slots. Additionally, the customer service was excellent.

Lovely and comfy ambience. Third time bringing my dog back to Onlypaws for grooming. Always surprised to see that my dog looks cute and neat everytime🥹 Groomer Rose is super nice and friendly, we are always trying different haircuts for my dog and it turns out lovely everytime🤩 Assistant groomer Jia Ming is also so nice and attentive to my dog and thank you for cleaning up her pee even when you’re closing😭😭 My dog is very timid and skittish but when she is in Onlypaws, she seems to calm down and explore around. Owners Rain and Peng Tung are so friendly, nice and knowledgeable, they took time to play with my dog and clean her eyes and ears🥹🥹 They do have special offers from time to time. Onlypaws will be my dog’s fixed grooming place🤩 Will be recommending to all my friends.💯/💯

They immediately made us feel like valued customers and took the time to get to know Kody and his specific grooming needs. The shop itself was impeccably clean, well-organized, and boasted a wide variety of high-quality pet products.The grooming area was equally impressive, with state-of-the-art equipment and a spotless environment. Kody's groomer was not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and gentle with him. It was clear that they genuinely cared about Kody's well-being and comfort throughout the process. Really enjoyed the grooming experience we had with OnlyPaws. They were really meticulous in checking with us to ensure that my Corgi (Win) was comfortable and safe, There was little to no waiting time and they sent us timely picture updates which made us feel really assured.

There is also a comfortable lounge area in their shop and free drinks for us which is a plus!

We really really love that they accommodated to our request for a heart shaped butt trim and it looks super duper cute! And they even did a CNY photoshoot for Win!

my dog had her teeth cleaned at OnlyPaws SG. It was perfectly done as all of the tartar and plaque is gone. She was nicely groomed and handed to us smelling really nice. The environment is very cosy as well! Great experience and would definitely bring my dog back here again!!
